R decided to join me on my bike rise Saturday morning this time. He actually got out of bed early and made me breakfast! Woohoo! Scrambled eggs with salsa and sliced strawberries, apples , and blueberries. YUM?! We haven't seen each other in about a week because of work abd traveling so quality time was much overdue. We were out on the road by 830am to beat the heat but it was already getting warm. But scenery was amazing and being with the one I love was unbeatable. We both stopped off at the fire station to wet down our sleeves and leg coolers as well as our heads and jerseys to keep cool which worked well. 2nd breakfast was warranted after the ride so we went to our usual bagel shop for a quick bite then back to bed after a shower for some sweet loving and a nap. Lovely end to a lovely day.
